DISABLED VETERANS LIKE HALLIS MAILEN OF MADISON, WISCONSIN,  AND OTHER VETERANS AROUND THE COUNTRY ARE BEING DENIED ETHICAL HOME CARE ASSISTANCE TO AID WITH THEIR PHYSICAL AND EMOTIONAL HEALTH CONDITIONS due, to unethical, immoral, deceptive, and blatant corruptive practices in the Veterans Health Administration at the William S. Morrill V.A. Hospital in Madison, Wisconsin, and other facilities around the country, due to incompetance in their Social Work Departments, Chief Of staff Offices, Hospital Administrations, and Ethics Committees.

A perfect example is the neglect of Hallis Mailen's Physician's Assistant's orders for necessary Home Care Assistance, because of bureaucracy, and deceptive administrative practices, which has resulted in Hallis being denied care at home, where he went without assistance for his legs, assistance in care for his home, inability to take a shower and stay clean on a regular basis, or even assistance in doing laundry regularly to have clean clothes to wear, a situation that caused Halis Mailen's neglect for over 3 years at one point and after being restored for 4 months, is again being denied because of deceptive practices, within the V.A. Hospital system.

As a result, Hallis is being deprived of a decent standard of living that even a homeless person living in a shelter, or a P.O.W. is afforded. Demand an investigation as to why budgetary funds to provide for this assistance is being denied, so it may be wasted in other areas by administration.

Demand our legislators take a more serious look into the ways in which Veteran Hallis Mailen and other Veterans are being denied home care assistance by the V.A. Hospital system, as well as outside Medicare providers like Humanacare, and others!
