The issue

I, a proud resident of Bunyip 3815, express my frustration as I speak on behalf of my fellow locals who have repeatedly been neglected by Cardinia Shire. The pain of being persistently excluded from budget considerations, year after year, is palpable in our community that grieves over its broken infrastructure.

Bunyip 3815 urgently needs to cater to its young families and aspires to be a family-friendly suburb. However, inadequate road facilities and lack of disability access in numerous buildings obstruct this noble vision. Despite being loyal taxpayers, we continue to face the brunt of this indifferent administration.

Thus, it is high time we insist on being granted just and fair treatment. The Cardinia Council must stop exploiting our patience and instead, start delivering the services we are entitled to. A cohesive and inclusive planning process including Bunyip in the budget is not only our right but is paramount to the welfare of our beloved community.

It's absolutely disgusting we have such a young community with so many families moving to the area but can't use the parks as there so crap and basic, I have teen boys who want to travel elsewhere to use skate parks as we have nothing, our kinder is so old and run down, our football club has been begging for years for upgrades, the basketball stadium need double courts the club is so big they can't keep up or choose to ignore it

I urge you to sign this petition and echo our request for resource allocation, infrastructure development, and policy reformation. This is crucial for the transformation of Bunyip into a suburb we can proudly call 'home'. Act now and support our demand for change. Please sign this petition.
