Seeing Savannah, Annie, and Tommaso quietly visiting the flowers near Nancy's mailbox, surrounded by all those beautiful flowers... it's a **tender** reminder of love that lingers, even in the unknown.

Those blooms, so vibrant and full of life, speak of God's handiwork—yet they remind us His promises endure forever.

"The grass withers, the flower fades, but the word of our God stands forever." (Isaiah 40:8)

May the Lord wrap this family in His gentle comfort today, turning their quiet steps into moments of peace, hope, and trust in His perfect timing.

He sees every tear, every flower laid in love, and He holds Nancy—and all who wait—in His faithful hands.

Praying for continued strength and breakthroughs. 🙏

Thank you to https://youtube.com/@Dadsgonelive/streams and
@857Tucson
https://youtube.com/@857Tucson/streams for your "HOPE" vigil yesterday. Thank you to all who allowed that space for the family to see all what people laid by Nancy's mailbox.

Thank you, Briana, for these raw, exclusive interviews with Luke & Mary Daley today.

@BrianEntin
, appreciate your ongoing national coverage of the Guthrie case shifts.

Praying for Nancy and her family—may she be found safe soon. 🙏

But this situation — SWAT raid, detentions, online rumors causing real harm to a cleared family — is exactly why lawmakers must refrain from using it to justify new laws restricting speech, online discussion, or public disclosure of facts.

The **First Amendment** protects even tough conversations.

People speculate wildly, others stick to concrete evidence like me, some stay quiet in their own lane.

The fix for false rumors isn't gagging citizens or criminalizing "trauma" claims—it's more transparency from authorities and letting verifiable truth rise in the open.

I've endured heavy false rumors in my own incident—it stung deeply, but life moved forward through authenticity, faith, and God's timing.

Yet I've held documented, public-safety evidence (from 2013, 2022, 2025 incidents) for ~13 years, waiting until kids grew up before speaking fully.

Pressure to stay silent "for intergenerational trauma reasons" was shared to me a few years back---it is real and dangerous when genuine threats exist.

False accusations devastated this family (raid trauma, seized property, emotional/financial fallout).

But blanket restrictions would potentially silence victims with **real, documented evidence** far worse than they'd stop baseless speculation.  That is more of a serious concern.

Key questions remain:

What **probable cause** justified the Feb 13 federal warrants, SWAT action, and detentions? (Public details: a "lead" + video resemblance + proximity + past record—cleared same day, no charges.

The publicly released alleged reported surveillance footage from Nancy Guthrie's alleged and reported Google Nest doorbell camera (released by the FBI in early February 2026) lacks visible metadata overlays like timestamps, EXIF data (e.g., device info, GPS if any, capture date/time), or clear origin indicators in the versions shared with the public via FBI Director Kash Patel's X posts, news embeds, and media reports.

My thoughts go to public footage metadata issues, hope for the lawyer (Chris Scileppi) to obtain critical evidence via subpoena/motion, and a numbered list of top priorities **beyond the search warrant affidavit** (which he's already publicly said he hasn't seen yet).

These items target clearing Luke Daley's name fully **and** building a strong civil case (e.g., possible / potential the following: §1983 civil rights violation for unlawful search/seizure, property damage, defamation if reckless, emotional distress) for potential financial recovery from the raid's fallout, reputational harm, and attention.

Focus stays on LE process flaws and evidence gaps.

Hope lawyer Chris Scileppi subpoenas originals + more to challenge probable cause (resemblance/proximity key?) & seek fiscal recovery for raid damage/reputation hit.

Beyond the unseen warrant affidavit, critical items to obtain:

1. Raw footage files + full metadata (timestamps, serial, install logs from Google/FBI and chain of custody forms).
2. Nest camera purchase/activation records (install date to question prior scouting assumptions).
3. Historical Google Street View captures (Catalina Foothills/Skyline Dr area; check porch for when Nest appeared first for the record or any other cameras).
4. Body cam/raid execution footage (SWAT conduct, property damage proof).
5. Detention/interview transcripts (confirm "no link" & quick clearance).
6. Forensic/DNA reports (no matches to scene/glove/home, proving innocence fast).
7. Internal tip logs & how Pima County/AZ officials handled/shared them (mid-Feb surge fueled by silence, not just public posts—expose if poor comms caused harm).

When one focuses on LE accountability which I feel is spot on—Pima County Sheriff's silence/gaps (limited / selective pressers, one-off interviews, info vacuum) absolutely drove the online speculation frenzy.

People just wanted answers, and poor comms created the chaos.

But sadly, no good defamation case against Sheriff Nanos/PCS Dept.

Why is that...that Nanos is good to go?

I come from a long history of LE and my family were one of the first NY guardsmen/patrolmen/watchmen in the late 1800s so I saw it as well how it works...being daughter to one who was trained at AZPOST so I saw it too close.

They never made any affirmative false statement accusing Luke (no "suspect" label, just neutral "LE activity" + warrant execution).

Arizona law requires a ****false statement of fact published to others***—

omissions, silence, or bad communication would not qualify as defamation.

Plus, public officials still have for some reason ***qualified immunity*** shielding them from such claims unless extreme malice (which isn't here).

Their silence, gaps, omissions, or poor communication (creating speculation vacuum) don't meet even **basic actual malice** — no affirmative false statement was made.

No evidence of "extreme malice" (e.g., no fabricated accusations, personal spite-driven lies, or extreme recklessness in publishing falsehoods) — so no path to punitive damages or overcoming qualified immunity via defamation.

The 1st Amendment protects public thoughts, opinions, and even speculations (as long as not provably false facts with malice). The media, streamers, online sleuthers only came about due to the silence, gaps, omissions, & poor communication...watch; from the start of time, the framework and how this usually plays out.

On JLR's stream he had local resident picking up trash Steven/Stephen state he was a **western conservative** that stays in his own lane. Maybe that guy understands that framework very well. [https://youtu.be/G9WXNQknuUg?t=2867

The real harm likely came from the vacuum officials left, not from them lying.

They could push on civil rights/raid process instead—stronger path for name clearance + any recovery.
8. Property inventory/damage docs (towed Range Rover receipts, home repairs).
9. Chain-of-custody for all evidence (to spot flaws in ***probable cause*** chain).

This builds for name clearance **and** potential suits (potential LE overreach + possible online harm).

Transparency now!

#NancyGuthrie #WheresNancyGuthrie #FreeSpeech

Praying for Nancy's safe return and justice for all. 🙏

Timeline: Online naming of Luke/Mary surged mid-Feb after raid reports and Range Rover details went viral—no official suspect label from police, yet the damage was done. No formal retractions needed from LE since authorities never publicly accused them.

Protect **both**: presumption of innocence **and** the right to share verifiable evidence when lives/safety are at stake.

************Refrain from letting the Guthrie/Daley pain become pretext for gag-order-style laws or "online hysteria" expansions in Arizona or beyond.***********

To AZ Governor, legislators, Pima County officials:

I'm open to private discussion (anonymously if preferred), but the risk of bad law(s) restricting speech or public safety disclosures is too high—I'll go public if needed to defend the First Amendment and real public safety concerns tied to my documented incidents from 2013, 2022, 2025, and beyond.

I've been extremely patient and graceful despite nearly losing my own life, losing a dear friend, and seeing many others harmed/gone in those events. But I'm tired of frameworks built only for officials while "we the people" are left in the dark.

We simply want Nancy home—safe and soon.

As someone trained in investigations and a deep "concrete evidence" sleuth, this case feels ridiculous: so many tools and resources should already be deployed (e.g., full forensic timelines, widespread canvassing, advanced tip analysis), yet possible gaps persist?

The real frustration?

Officials' limited communication creates speculation vacuums—people fill them because they care and want answers.

A better system could fix this:

transparent public checklists based on LE policies (with real-time checkmarks for completed tasks), separate portals for conjecture vs. concrete evidence uploads, and AI to prioritize/sift tips faster.

Nancy's high-profile case could catalyze that change—more trust, fewer wild theories, quicker breakthroughs. Until then, let's keep focusing on facts, respect, and bringing her home. 🙏

I have even interviewed the intergenerational trauma media folks and so much more. When is these manners gonna stop???

We know one thing...you officials and Media quickly and heavily pushed Nancy our way ... when we all know the past decade how many millions went missing. So why that heavy of a push with the omission and silence game we saw too...

To the true crime streamers, online sleuths, and everyone gathered outside Nancy Guthrie's home (or watching from afar):

We see you. You're there because you care deeply—many possibly plans to stay until Nancy Guthrie is located, and more are coming to Arizona.

Streamers and Media...You just want answers so you can finally go home, knowing Nancy (and the millions invested in hope/rewards) is safe or at peace.

Your persistence stems from ***love for justice*** and a belief possibly Nancy could become the catalyst for ***real change*** in how missing persons cases are handled.

Again, let us imagine a better framework:

A simple, public checklist drawn from law enforcement's own policies/guidelines (Pima County Sheriff's, FBI protocols), showing real-time checkmarks when tasks are completed (e.g., "Tip reviewed," "Surveillance canvassed," "DNA processed"). A transparent dashboard site where the public sees progress without speculation filling every gap.

Separate upload portals: one for suggestive/conjecture evidence (theories, hunches, patterns), another for concrete evidence (photos, videos, documents with metadata).

Then, investigators use AI tools to sift faster—categorize tips, prioritize the most critical (e.g., high-relevance first based on credibility, location match, timestamp alignment), and flag actionable leads amid the flood (like the 18,000+ calls to PCSO and 13,000+ to FBI already received).

This wouldn't silence voices—it would empower them.

Less vacuum means less harmful speculation, faster breakthroughs, and more trust.

Nancy's case, with its ***massive attention*** [if you do not believe me- look at the media and streamer analytics] and family pleas, could spark that reform:

***better transparency, smarter tip sorting, and a system that honors every genuine contributor. I get neighbors dislike the media presence but to me you had to feel safer for a bit since we still have zero clue how we went from a bday celebration week to unknown of location to Nancy***

Until then, keep praying, keep submitting solid tips (via http://tips.fbi.gov or 1-800-CALL-FBI), and hold space with respect.

#WheresNancyGuthrie #BringNancyHome #ConstitutionMatters #FreeSpeech #NancyGuthrie

Praying for Nancy's safe return and protection for all innocents caught in storms like this. 🙏

Because of my relationship with God, I have forgiven all and I mean all those involved, even after nearly losing my own life and witnessing a dear friend—and many others—lose theirs in those events. Yet too many will one day stand before Him with heavy burdens to account for. Why not make meaningful changes now to serve "we the people" instead of repeating the patterns we've eye witnessed?

What unsettles me most is how officials owe us more transparency and accountability—especially once someone in Idaho shares my story.

I left my online digital presence after the Palisades-Eaton fires (the devastating January 2025 Southern California wildfires that destroyed thousands of homes, claimed dozens of lives, and sparked widespread criticism over response handling, evacuations, and aftermath).

Knowing the concrete evidence I hold from that and prior incidents, there's solid reason to demand better.

I'm tired of frameworks designed primarily for officials while everyday people suffer in silence.

We simply want Nancy Guthrie home—safe and soon.

As someone trained in investigations and focused on concrete evidence, this case's handling feels unacceptable: critical tools and resources should have been deployed faster and more openly.

The frustration is real—officials' limited communication creates speculation vacuums that harm innocents and delay truth.

Nancy's case could be the catalyst: implement transparent public checklists from LE policies (real-time checkmarks for completed tasks), separate upload portals for conjecture vs. concrete evidence, and AI to prioritize/sift tips efficiently.

Let's honor the victims by building a system of trust and efficiency—not more gaps.

Praying fervently for Nancy's safe return, justice for all affected, and wisdom to change what needs changing. 🙏
