Demand Doritos Brand fires Samantha Hudson as well as all executives involved in hiring
The Issue
I am deeply concerned about the recent hiring of Samantha Hudson by Doritos. As a consumer and an advocate for child safety, I find it alarming that a person who openly brags about being a pedophile is given such a platform. Pedophilia is not only morally reprehensible but also illegal, causing severe harm to children involved. According to the National Sexual Violence Resource Center, one in four girls and one in six boys will be sexually abused before they turn 18 years old (NSVRC). This statistic highlights the gravity of this issue and why companies should take responsibility for their hiring decisions.
Doritos, as part of PepsiCo Inc., has always been committed to creating respectful workplaces where everyone feels valued and safe (PepsiCo Inc.'s Code of Conduct). However, their recent decision contradicts these values. By employing someone who openly brags about being a pedophile, they are indirectly endorsing such behavior which can potentially encourage similar actions from others.
We are demanding Doritos fire Samantha Hudson, as well as fire all the executives, and employees involved in the hiring. As well as make a sizeable donation to multiple child abuse charities. It is crucial that we hold corporations accountable for their actions especially when it involves something as serious as child safety. Please sign this petition if you believe in protecting our children from potential harm and ensuring responsible corporate behavior. A company as large as PepsiCo Inc should research, and look into anyone, and everyone's backgrounds. Especially when they hire someone to be a brand ambassador. Hudson's comments towards children, and r*pe victims. Are not only disgusting, but are criminal. Everyone involved in HIS hiring needs to be held accountable. Hiring someone based on an agenda, or narrative, without doing any kind of research on said person(s) should result in a complete boycott of the brand. Children are the world's most sacred beings. They should be treated as such, and protected of the vile and evil running rampant all over the world.
