Dominion's Morrisville to Wishing Star 500kV and 230kV Transmission Line project will add a new 500kV transmission line through Prince William County in order to provide power to Loudoun County's Data Center developments. As proposed, the preferred route for this project will significantly expand the Right-of-Way of the existing line, requiring the eminent domain of private property and county parkland for the transmission line easement.

We demand Dominion do the following:
- Remove all alternate routes in Prince William from consideration. 
- Wreck & Rebuild the existing line, eliminating the need for an expanded ROW and thus protect private property. 
- Do not expand the ROW closer to any school facility, specifically Chris Yung Elementary, which would unnecessarily bring powerlines and related construction closer to students. 
- Do not disturb any environmentally sensitive land or county parkland, specifically Broad Run Linear and Catharpin Parks, with an expanded ROW. 
- Hold all SCC public hearings and related opportunities for community feedback in Prince William County.
