DEMAND DNA from ALL Key Individuals in the John O’Keefe Murder Investigation.

The Issue

The World is demanding a competent/thorough investigation and prosecution surrounding the death of Boston Police Officer John O’Keefe.  Multiple male DNA profiles were found on the victim’s clothing and sneakers, yet no other person was ever considered or excluded!?!

To date, several individuals who were at or near the scene that night have refused or have never been asked to voluntarily submit DNA, despite the fact that their profiles could easily confirm or eliminate them as contributors.

This is not about presuming guilt. This is about transparency and fairness and JUSTICE for the OKEEFE Family!

While the Commonwealth of MA aggressively prosecuted a single suspect, the refusal of other potential witnesses or individuals of interest to provide their DNA raises deeply troubling questions about selective enforcement and due process.

We demand that the District Attorney’s Office, the Canton Police Department, Boston Police and the Massachusetts State Police require full DNA participation from all individuals known to be at 34 Fairview Road the night of January 28–29, 2022.
If there is nothing to hide, there should be nothing to fear!
