We, the undersigned taxpayers and community members, are calling on the City Council to take action to uphold accountability by the City Manager.

This petition formally requests that the Council initiate separation for cause, including appropriate sanctions and without severance pay, retirement incentives, or continued compensation. This request is made in the best interest of the taxpayers.

City leadership carries a fiduciary responsibility to manage resources responsibly, act transparently, and place residents above individual desires.

Over the past year, under current leadership the city has experienced ongoing governance, financial, and leadership concerns that have been publicly seen and discussed. Despite repeated opportunities for corrective action, these issues have persisted, contributing to declining public trust and concern for long-term stability. This petition reflects a growing call from the community for accountability at the leadership level and a commitment to responsible governance.

By signing this petition, community members affirm their expectation that leadership be held to the same standards of responsibility and consequence that are expected of residents.
