Thank you everyone taking the time to sign this petition!
If Worcester had a mechanism in the city charter to remove city councilors for being MIA this petition would not be needed, however here we are.
As it stands we now have 10 city councilors ( supposed to be 11) and city business will not get done if we end up with 5-5 votes.
That's most unfortunate.
Worcester cannot afford deadlocked 5-5 votes stifling the efforts in moving our city forward.
I am asking each of you to please share the petition near and wide on all social media platforms to increase the numbers of signatures.
This can be the foundation of a movement to take back our city and get the city council back on track to address local city issues that benefit us all.
