*Kick streaming should be removed from the Google Play Store and should not attract advertisers.

 

I created this petition because I felt there were no other options. Kick streaming has a long-standing issue with favoritism, often overlooking TOS violations from favored creators. The goal of this petition is to raise awareness among the public, advertisers, and Google Play about how this company fails to enforce its terms of service equally. Kick has a serious favoritism problem, especially when it comes to Suspendas, who has or had a deal with the platform. If you ask other Kick streamers, they’ll likely tell you they’ve been banned for minor TOS infractions, while Suspendas has repeatedly violated TOS without facing any consequences.

I believe this favoritism is linked to the fact that Suspendas was one of the first streamers to join Kick and helped bring Ice Poseidon to the platform, and that the owner, Eddie, has a soft spot for him. I’ll break down each section of this issue with detailed descriptions and video evidence to support my claims. Without accountability, harmful behaviors like drunk driving, sexual assault, and drugging friends are allowed to go unchecked.

I’ll go over how Suspendas has flagrantly violated TOS up until the end of 2023, receiving no punishment, and how Kick’s new moderation team has continuously ignored serious TOS violations, despite numerous complaints being sent in. My goal is to urge Google Play to investigate Kick for its ongoing favoritism, in the hope of protecting the public from streamers who break the law. If Kick can’t apply TOS equally, it shouldn’t be allowed to have its platform featured on Google Play or receive future advertising partnerships. Google Play should impose a form of punishment on Kick for allowing streamers to break the law unchecked, as the platform has become complicit in enabling these actions.

This petition also highlights the unfair treatment of other Kick streamers, such as unjust bans, issues with KCIP applications, and payment disparities.

3. Next is around the time when Kick’s new moderation policies were enforced, roughly at the beginning of 2024, with the platform claiming to be stricter. Suspendas was only disciplined once, receiving a 24-hour ban in October 2024 for accidentally showing nudity. However, he has committed many other ban-worthy violations that have gone unaddressed, including doxxing, making threats, offering bribes, endangering and exploiting a minor by having him buy cigarettes and alcohol, having illegal drugs in the house, made him drink and drive, procuring a hooker, and having the minor handle the drugs such as codeine, kratom, promethazine, and lean. Additionally, there are instances of drugging and lying to his friends, racism, sexism, using slurs, drunk driving, secretly filming women in a sexual manner, filming in public bathrooms, animal abuse, sexually explicit content, and more. I’ll add additional violations as I have time to gather more evidence:
