We, the constituents of Georgia’s 12th Congressional District, are calling on Congressman Rick Allen to hold an in-person, unscripted town hall to address our concerns about the current administration’s policies and their impact on our families, jobs, and rights.

Congressman Allen has repeatedly avoided meaningful engagement with his constituents. Instead of listening to our voices, he relies on screened telephone town halls and form-letter responses, shutting out the very people he was elected to represent. Meanwhile, the Trump administration is enacting policies aligned with the Project 2025 mandate from the Heritage Foundation—policies that threaten to strip away our rights, dismantle vital social programs, and prioritize the interests of billionaires over hardworking Georgians.

Congressman Allen claims these policies are necessary due to an “overwhelming mandate” from the election, but the truth is clear: these actions are not in the best interest of his constituents. Instead, they appear to benefit wealthy elites and corporate interests, including those who stand to gain financially from these decisions. We believe Congressman Allen is failing to advocate for the families in his district who don’t own stock portfolios or have ties to billionaires like Elon Musk.

We demand accountability.

We demand a public town hall where Congressman Allen answers community moderated questions from his constituents.
We demand transparency about his support for policies that harm Georgia families while lining the pockets of the wealthy.
We demand that he push back against harmful policies from the Trump administration and corporate influencers that jeopardize our livelihoods and futures.
This is not a partisan issue—this is about protecting the rights and well-being of over 700,000 Georgians. Families and individuals across our district will suffer if these policies continue unchecked. Many who voted for Trump are unaware of how these decisions will harm them, as misinformation obscures the truth about who truly benefits.

We will not be silenced.
If Congressman Allen refuses to listen, we will make it clear that his constituents are watching, and we will hold him accountable for every vote and every policy that puts our families at risk.
