Demand Cody Torres & his child have interviews with forensic investigators.
The Issue
It's been more than 9 months since the suspicious death of Wyatt Van Ness Barnes has left his family and community heartbroken.
Unfortunately, the case remains an unsolved mystery. The medical examiner has ruled the autopsy report (both manner and cause of death) as "undetermined." The investigation lacks vital interviews that could provide clarity regarding the circumstances surrounding Wyatt's passing. It is crucial that Cody Torres and his 4-year old child both come forward to assist in the ongoing investigation.
The mother (Alison Ferrari) of the child, was not on scene where Wyatt was found unresponsive. Alison Ferrari scheduled her (& Cody Torres) child to be interviewed by forensic investigators twice, and cancelled both times.
This is extremely frustrating and hurtful for Wyatt's parents. Having the child interviewed is the only thing, Wyatt's parents have asked of Alison Ferrari.
Cody Torres and his 4-year old child are the last two people to have been with Wyatt in the last 5 minutes of his life. They are the only people NOT talking.
All Wyatt's family wants, ARE ANSWERS as to what happened to their precious 2-year old.
Nothing can bring Wyatt back. But answers can give the family an understanding of what happened, and most importantly, give them closure. Answers can help prevent this tragedy from happening to another child.
Wyatt’s memory deserves respect and dedication to uncovering the truth, and his family deserves closure.
Our collective voices can make a profound difference by urging Cody Torres and Alison Ferrari to cooperate fully with the authorities.
Please join me in signing this petition to encourage Cody Torres and Alison Ferrari to work collaboratively with law enforcement, providing the information and interviews needed to help solve Wyatt Barnes’s case. With your support, we can push for a thorough investigation and strive for the answers that Wyatt’s family so desperately seeks.
