We are forced to pay for the BBC TV licence when young people are no longer viewing the BBC at all and so do not pay the television licence, seeing news and programming not on televisions at all, and do not own one and probably never will own a television in their lifetime.
Channel 4 television gets none of the BBC TV licence money, yet is the other public broadcasting station, and self funds with adverts.
