Next pension age rise victims, born 1960s to 1980s born, might not get the chance of a court case
Tory Boris wants to curtail the High Court's Judicial reviews and get rid of the independent Supreme Court, and go back to the old Law Lords system.
Right wing now led Labour agrees with Tory Boris, so them criticising him is just words, and will not turn into action.
Tory Boris' government review will ..."examine -
- whether the terms of judicial review should be enshrined in law,
- whether certain decisions taken by government should not be open to challenge, and
- which remedies should be available to the courts when they find against the executive."...
