This petition was actually created in March, but was too focused on my Easter petition so locked it immediately after launch, along with another unreleased petition to build a direct motorway from North to South Wales.

I am "Mr Easter", the eccentric campaigner to fix Easter to its earliest possible date (March 22nd) before we are all dead!

The petition was originally set to a global scope upon creation, but I changed the scope for its "official" launch!

I have chipped in an inaugural £9 so hope to bypass the 5 signature visibility milestone!

As someone who often goes on holiday to the west of Wales, the secondary aim of this petition is to reinstate the car shuttle service through the Severn Tunnel in the event that both the M4 and M48 bridges are closed as a backup option (which was discontinued in 1966)
