We need to changes itI am a resident of Orange County, CA, and my personal experience with the family court system has been distressing due to the conduct of Judge Sherri L. Honer. My case is not unique; many others have also expressed dissatisfaction with her approach to family law cases.

Judge Honer's handling of testimonies and overall disregard for family rights is alarming. She often dismisses testimonies without proper consideration, leading to unjust outcomes that deeply affect families' lives. This behavior is not only unprofessional but also undermines the very principles our justice system stands on - fairness, respect, and impartiality.

According to a report from The National Council on Family Relations (2019), fair hearing in court significantly influences case outcomes and overall satisfaction with the legal process among litigants in family law cases. Yet, this fundamental right seems neglected in Judge Honer's courtroom.

We believe that every individual deserves respect and a fair chance at justice - especially when it comes to matters as sensitive as those concerning families. Therefore, we call upon the relevant authorities in Orange County to investigate these claims against Judge Sherri L. Honer thoroughly.
And because most of the time, when a judge make a decision it rules over all other agencies and all those agencies are making same mistakes over a single case. Social services, child support, and the abuse of how people can request for benefits and how after a court decision affects the reputation of one person!!! California family law system needs to be reviewed and all codes should be applied but with a real investigation and real evidence 
It's time we restore faith in our judicial system by ensuring all judges uphold their duty towards fairness and justice without prejudice or arrogance. We urge you to sign this petition demanding her removal from office so that every testimony can be heard fairly within our courts.
