Demand arrest, suspension and trial of Family Court Judge Rita Kaushik

Demand arrest, suspension and trial of Family Court Judge Rita Kaushik
The Issue
Atul Subhash, a 34-year-old techie from Bengaluru, sadly took his own life, alleging harsh harassment, extortion, and corruption by his wife, her relatives, and even a judge before he passed away. Four individuals have been named in the ensuing FIR, yet concern grows that his pleas for help were not adequately dealt with, raising questions about our system's efficacy and integrity. Atul Subhash's suicide note raises concerns about India's judicial system, alleging bribery by Family Court Judge Rita Kaushik. He claimed harassment from his wife and in-laws led to his death, prompting police to register a case of abetment to suicide against the judge too. Why on the FIR not include the family judge name and no action has been taken against the judicial officer? We seek nothing but accountability, transparency, and most importantly, justice. We demand a thorough, unbiased investigation into this unfortunate incident, holding those responsible accountable, and ensuring that no other person has to suffer in the same manner as Atul Subhash. Nobody should be able to escape justice due to influence or coercion. We also demand immediate reforms to mental health and legal protection mechanisms, especially for males affected by gender bias, as we believe that the tragedy of Subhash’s case could have been prevented with proper mental health support and a justice system free from corrupt praxis. Let's demand justice and fairness; demand #JusticeForAtulSubhash. Sign the petition.
