In 2025, I developed Jeremy in a Bottle, an ambitious AI life-companion blueprint, which I report submitting to OpenAI in June 2025.

Since then, I have documented serious concerns involving both OpenAI and Apple, including missing conversations, photographs, emails, apparent changes to digital records and prolonged difficulties accessing my personal data.

Despite formal legal notices, preservation demands, regulatory complaints and extensive supporting documentation, I am still seeking satisfactory answers.

I am calling for independent scrutiny, full compliance with data protection laws and accountability wherever wrongdoing is established.

This is about more than my experience. Everyone deserves transparency, protection of their ideas and control over their personal data.
