Another woman came forward in October 2026 saying she was abused by our Newton, Kansas, state rep Avery Anderson. 

This isn’t the first time a woman has said Avery abused her since he has been our representative. There are other women, including one who made a report to police in 2024, who say Avery abused them.

It is a KNOWN fact that Avery has abused women since high school. It didn't stop since he was elected into office immediately after college. 

Signing this petition is saying you have had enough, that you demand he say publicly address what women are saying he has done to them. It is also sending a message to his endorsers demanding they give a public statement condemning Avery’s actions.
