Bob Iger, the former and current CEO of The Walt Disney Company, has been a subject of controversy over his leadership and decision-making. While he has overseen the expansion of the company into new markets and acquisitions such as Pixar, Hulu, 20th Century Fox, Marvel Studios, and Lucasfilm among others; there have been significant concerns about his handling of various issues within the company. These include: allegations about pay disparity among employees, bringing politics into the workplace, having political influence in the trajectory of the company, child grooming, practicing racism, lackluster response to ongoing labor disputes and questionable creative decisions that have led to dissatisfaction among fans. Given these concerns, it is crucial for shareholders along with the board to hold an open no confidence vote on Bob Iger's leadership. This will ensure transparency in corporate governance and accountability for leaders who may not be acting in the best interests of their stakeholders.

Shareholders: this part is for you. You did it once to oust Eisner, you can do it again. Do not forget that the company value a couple of years ago was over 350 billion. Do not forget who does not care for his cast members.
