Good Sunday morning!

We gained more signatures during the overnight hours! There is an ecosystem in the PWSSD and the City of Port Washington of cronyism. It's like a bubble where they are living in their own world. I can speak more freely on this petition about this because if you are here, you truly believe that the city and school district are screwed up and all they want to do is spend money and raise taxes. They are a group of narcissists. Then, there is us regular folk! 

We want to get under the hood of the PWSSD and find out just what they are spending OUR money on? We have to find out if it is necessary, or if they are spending money on stupid stuff! Last year, they were going to originally ask for over $600 million. The city screwed up that plan for them, so they had to cut that back to $59.4 million. What really is happening is, their COVID money is drying up.  All of a sudden, they announce that they are short $1.2 million.  Now they are going to cut about 14 teaching positions. 

I also hear that PWSSD has a very toxic work environment. There are complaints of bullying, incompetence, corruption, and nepotism.  

So PWSSD has issues! We have to fix it! We need to get to 100 signatures so Change.org will kick in and start helping us!
