He seems to be the poster child for why we need this state bill. Nowhere else in the world are excessive mechanical voids used. New York developers have found loopholes and use them to circumvent zoning in their "race to the top,” in pursuit of maximum profit.
There's a combination of affordable housing and environmental crises, yet the Mayor allows all this empty space to be built! THIS is unconscionable!
