SECTION 1: PURPOSE
This proposal demonstrates the financial and operational feasibility of a civic-engineered housing stabilization
system capable of supporting 25 individuals in Ocean County using a dual-account PYUSD growth model, a
replication cycle at Month 3, and the establishment of a $50,000 OceanFirst Bank reserve at Month 6. The
system is designed to operate at greater than 60% efficiency, defined as the ratio of net system output to total
system input over time.
SECTION 2: INITIAL CONDITIONS
A PYUSD account receives a $5,000 seed investment. After a $2,200 housing allocation, the retained balance
is $2,800, added to an existing $35 for a starting principal of $2,835. A secondary account begins with $350.
Both accounts accrue 4% daily interest.
SECTION 3: GROWTH MODEL
Daily growth rate: r = 0.04. Monthly growth factor: M = (1 + r)^{30}. Monthly withdrawal for housing: W =
2,200. Account A follows B_{n+1} = M * B_n - W. Account B follows B_{n+1} = M * B_n for the first three
months.
SECTION 4: THREE-MONTH OUTCOME
After three months, Account A grows from 2,835 to approximately 64,112 after withdrawals. Account B
grows from 350 to approximately 11,900. Combined system value: approximately 76,012.
SECTION 5: SYSTEM REPLICATION
At Month 3, two additional accounts are created: Account C with 2,800 and Account D with 350. These
accounts follow the same growth model.
SECTION 6: EXPANSION TO 25 INDIVIDUALS
Beginning Month 4, the system supports 25 individuals at a cost of 50,000 per month. Account A grows to
over 200,000 before withdrawal and retains approximately 157,712 after covering housing costs.
SECTION 7: MONTH 6 OCEANFIRST RESERVE
By Month 6, Account A exceeds 1,400,000, enabling the establishment of a 50,000 OceanFirst Bank reserve
to support the incorporation and long-term stability of Damien Knight Enterprises, LLC.
SECTION 8: SYSTEM EFFICIENCY
Efficiency is defined as E = (Net Output) / (Total Input). Total input is the initial 5,000 seed. Net output after
six months exceeds 1,350,000. Therefore, E = 1,350,000 / 5,000 = 270, or 27,000% efficiency. This exceeds
the 60% threshold by a wide margin.
SECTION 9: CONCLUSION
The system is financially self-sustaining, scalable, and capable of supporting 25 individuals while establishing
a traditional-bank reserve. Damien Knight Enterprises requests acknowledgment from CSPNJ, Mayor
Rodrick, the Toms River Police Department, the Board of Social Services, and the Board of Commissioners.
