My passion for 'A Township Tale' and my belief in fair gaming practices fuel this petition. It is our responsibility to ensure that companies like AltaVR are accountable to their player base. They are currently profiting from supporter payments for a game they've seemingly abandoned, putting profits over player experience. I, alongside many others, find this to be morally objectionable.

'A Township Tale', a unique virtual reality game adored by many, has begun to dwindle due to a lack of support and updates from its creators, AltaVR. However, the company continues to accept payment from dedicated followers, despite providing little to no improvements or additions. 

We urge AltaVR to release the game's server files. This would allow the player community to host their own servers and create much-desired mods and expansions, thereby keeping the game alive. AltaVR could retain control of outfit authentication and supporter verification functions, maintaining areas of monetization while also empowering its dedicated player base.

Understanding the enthusiasm and creativity of the 'A Township Tale' community, the release of server files could spark innovations that would bring new life to the game, and consequently, a robust return of the player community. Let's make AltaVR aware of the strength of their gaming community — we want to invest our time, skills, and creativity into the game we love.
