Demand AFCHS stay open and that Tim Bagby and Gary Rubin Immediately Resign

The Issue

We have a deep-rooted love for AFCHS, a school that has been an integral part of our community in San Diego, CA. However, the future of our lovely school is under threat due to questionable leadership. We are calling for an immediate vote of no confidence and demand the resignation and/or termination of E.D. Tim Bagby's contract and the immediate termination or resignation of Gary Rubin as both an employee and President of AFCS's Board.

There is overwhelming evidence pointing towards inaction, indifference, deceptive actions, lack of transparency from these individuals. Their questionable hiring practices along with instances of bullying and intimidation toward employees have come to light recently which further strengthens our case against them.

We believe that their continued presence at the helm will only serve to deteriorate AFCS further - a situation we cannot stand by and watch unfold without taking action.

Our demand is simple - we want AFCHS to remain open for the 24-25 school year under new leadership that respects its employees and values transparency above all else.

Let us ensure that our beloved school continues to thrive by signing this petition demanding change at its highest levels.
