I am reaching out to share my distressing experience with Addison Farms Luxury Apartments, managed by Contravest. Despite their "luxury" label, they have shown a complete lack of responsibility and concern for the well-being of my family.

My son, born prematurely and facing developmental delays, is almost 18 months old and still not walking. This is exacerbated by the unhealthy living conditions we are subjected to. Our apartment is overrun with insects, forcing me to use RAID and other pesticides regularly, which puts my son's health at further risk. How can I nurture and promote his development when he is confined to avoid harmful chemicals and dead insects?

Why should anyone paying for a luxury apartment endure this? Why am I the only one who sees a problem with this? 

Will a judge care? Will a jury of my peers care? I believe they will. This is not just about my family; it's about holding property management accountable and ensuring safe living conditions for all tenants.
