We, the undersigned members of your gaming community, respectfully submit this petition to express our deep concern regarding the ongoing Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks that have severely impacted the accessibility and playability of your online game(s). 
As paying subscribers, we expect reliable access to the content and services for which we have entered into a financial agreement. Unfortunately, the persistent DDoS disruptions have rendered the game largely unplayable for extended periods, undermining the value of our subscriptions and diminishing the overall gaming experience. 
Our concerns are as follows: 
- The inability to access game content despite maintaining active subscriptions. 
- Lack of visible or timely communication regarding mitigation efforts. 
- Continued billing during periods of service disruption without compensation or alternative solutions. 
We respectfully request that Square Enix take the following actions: 
1. Implement immediate and effective measures to mitigate the impact of DDoS attacks, even if temporary solutions are required. 
2. Provide transparent communication to the player base regarding the steps being taken to resolve these issues. 
3. Offer fair compensation to affected subscribers for the loss of service, such as subscription credits or in-game benefits. 
We value the quality and integrity of your games and believe that addressing these concerns promptly will reinforce trust and loyalty within your community.
