The Issue
As dedicated players, we are passionate about Top Football Manager and its unique ability to connect football enthusiasts from around the world. However, our joy and engagement with the game is being disrupted by issues that desperately require attention from Gamegou Limited, the development team behind this beloved platform.
Our primary concern involves the increasingly toxic environment that many players experience during Player versus Player (PvP) matches. The splitting of regional chat channels was a step in the right direction, but the underlying tensions have since migrated into the gameplay itself. Players are frequently matched against opponents from conflicting regions in important competitions such as the League, Champions League, and Cup games. This situation often leads to politically charged provocations and harassment that escalate beyond the scope of typical competitive banter.
The consequences are severe. The integrity of the game is compromised, and the enjoyment of millions of players who seek a fair, respectful, and engaging experience is at risk. We must prioritize community safety by implementing mechanisms that prevent harassment and ensure that Top Football Manager remains a fun and welcoming space for everyone.
We propose the introduction of stricter matchmaking criteria that minimize the likelihood of players from conflicting regions facing off in these significant competitions. Additionally, anti-harassment policies need to be enforced more stringently, with report systems that are quick, responsive, and transparent to protect players from abusive behavior.
This petition is officially initiated by ArtemSanich (Manager ID: 29523121, Club: FC Kryvbas) and is fully backed by the leaders and members of Ukrainian Football Associations: ActiFA (ID: 470972), Tyson FA (ID: 470267), and ProVodka FA (ID: 469426).
