Dalton Eatherly was arrested again today, Dec 9, 2025, for alleged violations of his pretrial release terms in Clarksville, TN. Dalton started that the specific violations are reportedly tied to a refused service at a restaurant and later posted about the incident on social media, leading to public attention. The video shows that he ordered a beer. He stated that the violation was due to him “taking a sip” before he was removed. He was previously released with specific conditions, including a prohibition on carrying weapons and restrictions on travel. The exact conduct that triggered the warrant relates to a claimed breach of these terms following the restaurant incident. Eatherly himself filmed his arrest by sheriff's deputies at his home and posted the video online.

He was already facing a previous harassment charge from a November 18 arrest before the recent violation and subsequent arrest. The new arrest is a direct consequence of an active Condition of Release (COR) violation warrant.  Thank you
