I am an individual deeply concerned by the actions of Jeanette M. Braun, Esq., a lawyer who has been misusing her powers to illegally take down online content creators' channels. Her actions blatantly disregard Fair Use Laws and the Constitutionally Protected Right of Free Speech in America, which she should be upholding as a barred attorney.

In my opinion, Braun's reckless behavior extends beyond this infringement on free speech. She has even gone as far as endangering individuals by allegedly falsely reporting wellness calls to the police, all because they dared to speak out against her client.

This is not just about me; it's about every content creator whose work and livelihood are threatened by Braun's illegal practices. It is estimated that thousands of creators are affected each year due to such misuse of power (Source: Digital Media Law Project). This abuse needs to stop.

We call upon the Illinois State Bar Association to take immediate action against Jeanette M. Braun for her unethical and unlawful practices, including what seems to be practicing law in states where she isn't licensed. We demand an investigation into her activities and appropriate disciplinary action if found guilty.
