The people of Clarksburg are directly impacted by the actions and leadership of their City Manager. Over recent months, serious concerns have surfaced involving City Manager Tiffany Fell, including formal ethics and whistleblower complaints, a unanimous no-confidence vote by Clarksburg’s professional firefighters, and ongoing lawsuits from city employees.
