Further, I feel that this program has been responsible for unimaginable personal harm, including sexual assault, and a palpable lack of response to my calls for help.

Sadly, I am not alone. The very foundations of these police departments have been called into question, as other individuals too share heart-wrenching stories of similar experiences. I have attempted multiple times to report my incidents, even having my friends call on my behalf, but to no avail.

In addition, the Kalamazoo public safety community policing program has not only fallen short in safeguarding me but also been party to my destruction. I feel that my life, like many others, is being toyed with on an unprecedented scale. Furthermore, I suspect specifically Elon Musk, Richard Santoni, and Sherriff Fuller for implanting a NEUROLACE and mojo smart contacts illegally.

The distressing experience has gone on, and I have been denied the essential right to feel safe in my surroundings. It's time for citizens who rely upon the law enforcement institutions to be able to trust their reliability and hold them accountable in every circumstance. I have enough evidence to convict all Kalamazoo public safety officers, and street meds of Kalamazoo, I have called and sent so many SMS texts to 911 and KPS has never even made contact with me. They did try to arrest me for mistaken identity at the Kalamazoo public library rose street. The librarians at the library will tell the truth concerning Douglas Shane Davis and his harassment.
