Good Morning All,

Thank you everyone who has taken the time to sign, the poor treatment received by vulnerable people in Tipton cannot go unnoticed any longer.

I would expect all Receptionists to treat patients like they would their own family members. 
Many people attending the surgery are there with concerns and worries they do not need the additional stress of being spoken to like animals.

On multiple occasions I have left the surgery feeling physically sick and upset at how I have heard and seen patients treated.

Tipton deserves better, the community deserve more.
