Demand Accountability for U.S. Government Employees

The Issue

Our lives were destroyed for opposing systemic racism at the U.S. Department of Labor (USDOL). As victims of injustice, we are calling on all concerned citizens to join us in demanding accountability from U.S. government employees who abuse their power and perpetuate discrimination.

We witnessed firsthand the devastating consequences of unchecked corruption within the U.S  Department of Labor, where racial biases against black federal technology workers were allowed to flourish unchallenged. This personal experience has driven us to take action and seek justice not only for ourselves but also for countless victims who have suffered similar injustices.

It is crucial that we hold our government employees accountable for their actions, as they are entrusted with upholding justice, fairness, and equality on behalf of all Americans. Unfortunately, this trust has been shattered time and time again by instances of misconduct, discrimination, and abuse within various government agencies.

To support our cause effectively, it is essential that we present accurate facts and statistics that shed light on this issue:

1. According to a study conducted by the Project On Government Oversight (POGO), there were over 3,000 reported cases of misconduct by federal employees in 2020 alone.
Source: POGO's "Federal Employee Misconduct: Data Analysis" report

2. The Office of Special Counsel (OSC) received approximately 6,000 whistleblower disclosures in fiscal year 2020.
Source: OSC's Annual Report

3. A survey conducted by the Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB) revealed that nearly one-third of federal employees reported witnessing or experiencing workplace discrimination.

These alarming figures highlight the urgent need for increased accountability measures within our government institutions.

By signing this petition today, you are joining us in demanding immediate action from Congress and other relevant authorities to ensure transparency and accountability among U.S. government employees. We call for the following measures to be implemented:

I. REFORM CONGRESS

A) Limit the number of terms that a Member of Congress may serve.

B) Ban all former members of Congress from becoming lobbyists.

II. PUNISH CORRUPT BUREAUCRATS

A) Mandatory prison sentences for members of the Council of the Inspectors General on Integrity and Efficiency that conceal lawlessness by its members.

B) Mandatory prison sentences for all government officials that illegally withhold information from the public or alter official records prior to release under the Freedom of Information Act.

III. PROTECT WHISTLEBLOWERS

A) Protect whistleblowers who report fraud, waste and abuse by enacting legislation that guarantees reimbursement of all legal expenses for anyone who makes a protected whistleblower complaint in accordance with the law.

B) Punish whistleblower retaliation by enacting legislation that makes retaliation a crime and imposes mandatory prison sentences for anyone in government convicted of whistleblower retaliation.

Together, we can create real change by holding our government employees accountable for their actions. Let us stand united against corruption, discrimination, and abuse within our government institutions.

Join us in signing this petition today to demand justice.
