Demand Accountability for Toxic Work Environment at Greenville MS WalMart Store #182

The Issue

My name is Casandra, and I am a victim of an extremely toxic work environment created by Latrice (Val) Wilkins at the Greenville MS Wal-Mart Store #182, culminating on Friday, April 12, 2024. Since her arrival, she has been responsible for spitting on me, verbal and physical abuse, creating a hostile work environment, and even attempting to remove all video evidence of her actions from social media. Her behavior has not only affected me, but also led to others losing their jobs due to spite (she "did not like them").

Workplace Bullying is a pervasive problem affecting 60 million Americans, according to the Workplace Bullying Institute. This kind of behavior can lead to severe emotional distress, job loss, and even health issues. It's time we take a stand against it.

We demand that Wal-Mart hold Latrice Wilkins accountable for her actions and foster an environment where employees are treated with respect and dignity. We urge Wal-Mart Corporate to investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action against any form of workplace bullying, harassment, retaliation, and the like.
