His apology, although warranted, still does not negate the fact that he spoke exactly how he felt and that's why consequences should still follow!! Whoever wrote that apology for him needs to come forth because clearly it wasn't heartfelt, but instead a failed attempt to fix the negative impact that his negligence has caused the business.
