Our power bill is out of control with no explanation. The utility company is blaming us as consumers. We have had a master electrician check everything at our home and there is nothing that explains the high usage. We have contacted the PUC and were not helped. We were told to contact our local non profit or church for assistance by the PUC. We have been told by the PUC if they did anything because of our payment plan our payments would only go up. The delivery fees are more than our usage. When your bill is $300+ then you have delivery fees of $400 making your bill around $700 how are you supposed to live. This is not just 1 or 2 homes suffering or being affected by this. There is a lot of us and we need something to change. We are the people of Maine saying we need something to change. We ourselves are suffering or we have loved ones that are. We are here to say enough is enough. Stop with this monopoly!
