The Issue

To
The Ministry of Education, Government of India

Every year, millions of students dedicate years of hard work, discipline, and sacrifice to preparing for national entrance examinations like NEET-UG. These exams are not merely tests — they are gateways to careers, financial stability, and the dreams of millions of Indian families.

Today, that trust is collapsing.

Repeated controversies, allegations of paper leaks, operational failures, and lack of transparency in the conduct of national examinations have deeply shaken the confidence of students and parents across the country. When institutions responsible for safeguarding merit fail, the consequences are devastating — severe stress, anxiety, financial burden, and in many tragic cases, student suicides.

A system handling the future of millions cannot operate without accountability.

We, the students, parents, educators, and citizens of India, demand immediate structural reforms and administrative responsibility in the conduct of national entrance examinations.

Our Demands

  1. Independent High-Level Investigation
A transparent and independent inquiry into operational failures, paper leak allegations, and irregularities in national entrance examinations.
  2. Institutional Accountability
Institutional accountability from responsible authorities within the Ministry of Education and associated examination agencies for any lapses that compromised student interests.
  3. Secure & Transparent Examination Systems
Immediate implementation of robust, technology-driven, tamper-proof examination processes to eliminate paper leaks and ensure fairness.
  4. Student Mental Health Support
Creation of nationwide psychological support systems, counseling services, and fast-track grievance redressal mechanisms for affected students.
  5. Protection of Meritocracy
Strict legal action against individuals or networks involved in corruption, leaks, or manipulation of examination systems.

India’s youth deserve a system that rewards hard work, not one that punishes honesty and dedication.

This is not just about an exam.
This is about trust, fairness, mental well-being, and the future of an entire generation.

We urge every student, parent, teacher, and concerned citizen to support this petition and demand meaningful change.

Let merit win — not mismanagement.
