Demand Accountability for Dr. Marshall Taylor's Negligent Veterinary Practices

The Issue

Our community is in pain. One after another, our beloved pets are falling victim to negligent practices at the hands of Dr. Marshall Taylor. Our friends and neighbors, including myself, have had to suffer unspeakable losses, our pets have been killed due to unnecessary surgeries or an overdose of anesthesia. This isn't just about pets, it's about family members who we've lost due to Dr. Taylor's inexcusable conduct.

According to the American Veterinary Medical Association, veterinarians are expected to provide competent veterinary medical clinical care under the terms of a Veterinarian-Client-Patient Relationship (VCPR), with the goal to safeguard animal health and welfare and prevent and relieve animal suffering. Evidently, Dr. Taylor's actions show a stark violation of these guidelines.

His actions are not merely mistakes, they are serious ethical violations that have resulted in the loss of cherished pets' lives. We cannot stand by while more pets are subjected to this risk. Dr. Taylor needs to face the repercussions of his actions and lose his veterinary license.

We call on the American Veterinary Medical Association and our local Veterinary State Board to thoroughly investigate Dr. Tylor's malpractice and shut down his clinic to prevent further pet deaths due to his malpractice.

Please sign this petition to join us in our plea for justice for our pets and to prevent further pain for pet owners in our community.
