These acts of violence against innocent animals cannot continue. We need to take action. Harbour Grace must demand justice for these innocent creatures and enforce the laws meant to protect them. This means full investigations into these crimes, bringing those responsible to justice, and ensuring stricter monitoring and protection for animals in our community.
