I am a dedicated volunteer who has devoted countless hours to the association group Name "URThekey". However, my experience within this " Group " has been marred by a lack of leadership, poor understanding of basic organizational structure, and most distressingly, bullying all from  The president & the best friend which is the secretary. The secretary disrespected my expertise, My personal life by calling Important People that are in my personal life but not in a decision making process, and efforts without any intervention from the president.

This is not an isolated incident. Many volunteers in Philadelphia have reported similar experiences From URThekey President & Secretary.

This lack of respect for volunteers like myself and others not only undermines our work but also discourages others like Community leaders like Block Captains who are the MOST important people who delicate they free expertise, free time, free help within a community from joining such organizations.

It is vital that we demand accountability from non-profit, profit & association's like URThekey. We must insist on respectful treatment for all volunteers who dedicate their time and skills to these causes.

As a Community leader i am calling on community members to join me in demanding that URThekey take immediate action to address these issues. This includes implementing proper leadership training, establishing clear organizational structures, and enforcing zero-tolerance policies towards bullying, A verbal & Written apology to the now former VP of URTheKey & to the Community .
