Purpose: By signing below, the undersigned titleholders and homeowners of The Reserve, located at 11673 N. 136th Street, Scottsdale, AZ, formally endorse and join (please provide one signature per household by 11/1/26) the accompanying Formal Demand for Accountability and Restoration and Board Job Description (to be sent separately). We petition that the Board and AZCMS to provide a date to meet with homeowners by November 6, 2026 that will take place no later than December 2, 2026. We want homeowners to be given at least 10 days notice of this meeting so that everyone can adequately plan their attendance. We urgently request that The Board & Leadership at AZCMS to explicitly outline the concrete steps with specific timelines that will be taken to resolve these issues. This Special Homeowner Meeting will serve as a forum for the Board & AZCMS management to address these systemic management & financial issues, to address critical CC&R updates, governance violations, severe property neglect, and structural reserve underfunding.
