We, the undersigned, call on Duel.com to immediately address systemic issues of exclusion, exploitation, and lack of accountability that harm marginalized communities using their platform.

Who We Are

This petition is organized by The Dwarves and The Blacks, a human-rights advocacy coalition united in the fight for dignity, equality, and justice in digital spaces.

Our name reflects our coalition: We represent two communities that have faced persistent discrimination, harmful stereotypes, and exclusion—people with dwarfism and Black communities worldwide. Our organization evolved from Dwarfs United, a grassroots movement advocating for people with dwarfism. As we fought for fair representation and dignified treatment, we heard from Black community members facing similar challenges in digital spaces. We recognized that our struggles were interconnected—both communities faced harmful stereotypes, exclusionary practices, and exploitation by platforms prioritizing profit over people.

By joining forces as The Dwarves and The Blacks, we discovered strength in solidarity. Our merged organization now represents a powerful voice that platforms and corporations cannot easily ignore. Together, we amplify each other's concerns and work toward systemic change that benefits all marginalized communities.

Today, The Dwarves and The Blacks operates internationally, with supporters, partners, and advocates across multiple continents. Our grassroots origins remain central to our identity—we are powered by community voices, not corporate interests.

Why We Are Taking Action Against Duel.com

Duel.com operates as a global online gambling and crypto-casino platform, profiting from diverse user bases across multiple countries. However, mounting evidence and community reports reveal a troubling pattern of practices that disproportionately harm vulnerable and marginalized users—including members of our coalition.

This platform represents a troubling pattern in the online gambling industry: companies that operate globally and profit significantly from diverse user bases, yet fail to uphold basic ethical standards when it comes to protecting and respecting marginalized communities.

The Problems We've Documented

1. Exclusionary Culture

Duel.com has fostered an environment that marginalizes and excludes vulnerable user groups through:

• Platform features and content that perpetuate harmful stereotypes about marginalized groups, including Black individuals and people with dwarfism

2. Exploitative Engagement Tactics

The platform employs predatory mechanics that particularly harm vulnerable users:

• Targeting of economically vulnerable communities with aggressive marketing

• Conduct a comprehensive review and removal of content that perpetuates harmful stereotypes about any community
• Implement genuine diversity and inclusion initiatives across all platform operations
• Actively recruit diverse leadership and establish advisory roles for affected communities
• Ensure marketing and platform imagery reflects the diversity of users

3. Establish Accountability Mechanisms

• Submit to independent oversight and regular third-party audits
• Create accessible complaint processes with guaranteed response times
• Implement meaningful consequences for policy violations
• Publish regular reports on actions taken against discriminatory behavior

4. Create Community Advisory Involvement

• Establish a community advisory board with genuine decision-making input, including representation from marginalized communities
• Consult affected communities before implementing changes that affect them
• Fund independent advocacy research on platform impacts
