The issue

To the Parliament of Australia and all elected representatives:

We, the undersigned citizens of Australia, stand united in calling for a national referendum to enshrine a permanent Bill of Rights in the Australian Constitution.

This Bill of Rights will protect the freedoms, dignity, privacy, and sovereignty of every Australian and ensure our country is forever governed by the people, for the people — not by unelected global entities or authoritarian overreach.

📜 We demand that the following rights be embedded in the Constitution and protected by law:

✅ 1. Freedom of Speech & Assembly
Every Australian has the right to speak freely, gather peacefully, share opinions, and publish information without censorship or punishment.

✅ 2. Freedom of Religion & Conscience
Every individual has the right to worship — or not — and to follow their own conscience without coercion.

✅ 3. Right to Bear Arms
Law-abiding Australians shall have the right to own, carry, and responsibly use firearms for protection, sport, and self-defense.

✅ 4. Protection from Unreasonable Search & Seizure
Your home, devices, and property are private. No search or seizure shall occur without a proper warrant based on evidence.

✅ 5. Fair Legal Process
You have the right to due process, legal counsel, a fair trial, and to not be tried twice for the same crime or forced to self-incriminate.

✅ 6. Protection of Property
Your land, home, and belongings are yours — they cannot be taken by the government without just compensation and consent.

✅ 7. Digital Privacy
Freedom from digital surveillance, facial recognition, forced biometrics, and mass spying by government or third parties.

✅ 8. Medical Freedom
You control what goes into your body. No forced treatments, vaccines, or discrimination based on medical choices.

✅ 9. Parental & Educational Rights
Parents have the final say in how their children are raised, educated, and cared for — free from government intrusion.

✅ 10. National Sovereignty
Australia shall not be bound by mandates from unelected international bodies (e.g., UN, WHO, WEF, Paris Agreement) unless approved by the people through referendum.

🛡️ PLUS: Critical Additional Protections
Castle Law: Every Australian has the right to defend their home, family, and property — with whatever means necessary — without fear of prosecution.

Freedom of movement: No lockdowns, zones, or travel restrictions without a democratic mandate.

Right to use cash: No forced digital-only currency.

Right to live self-sufficiently: Grow your own food, keep animals, collect water, and use your land.

Ban on social credit systems or AI-driven censorship, policing, or automated legal decisions.

No forced relocation for climate, zoning, or “smart city” agendas.

No foreign ownership of critical infrastructure or farmland.

Protection of biological family and traditional values.

✊ This Bill of Rights shall be PERMANENT. It can only be changed by:
A majority vote in both Houses of Parliament; and
A national referendum, with a majority of votes in every state.

🗳️ We, the people, demand a referendum in 2025 to enshrine these protections — not as optional laws, but as constitutional guarantees that cannot be removed by Parliament or foreign influence.
If you value freedom, privacy, sovereignty, and the future of your family — sign this petition and share it with every Australian.
