To effectively represent our members in this challenging landscape, we have engaged legal counsel to support our efforts in the Fair Work review and to counter the highly paid lawyers employed by leading employers and industry groups.

It is important to highlight that Australian Pathology, the Peak Body responsible for the "Keep Pathology Bulk Billed" campaign, has substantial funds available for their legal representation in this review. They have formally advised of their participation, meaning they will oppose PCA submissions regarding the historical undervaluation of Pathology Workers and the overdue wage increases we have proposed.

As a volunteer organisation still in its growing stages, we strive to maintain low membership fees to ensure accessibility for all Pathology Workers. However, the costs associated with securing legal support for this essential review are significant.
