VOORTREKKER IS DEAD

This week “Voortrekker” the most famous and important bull elephant of the remaining 120 Namibian Desert Elephants was killed by a trophy hunter. 

The contract for his killing and the details of the hunter are unknown but as you know the truth always comes out. 

This is a very sad time for his herd who need his guidance as they live in the most difficult climatic regions in the world.  It is a sad time for Namibia because they have lost an icon whom many people pay to see.  It is a sad time for Africa because once again corruption and greed have taken preference over everything.
