Stop the cutting of the wildflowers

The Issue

We are in a climate crisis as well as losing our biodiversity. We should be planting more trees and not cutting down the wild flower verges around Brae and other areas of Shetland. The wild flowers are one of the main sources of food for insects, birds and our decreasing bees. Keeping these areas uncut until at least September can help our biodiversity.
