Hello!

As we all know, Covid has wreaked havoc on this industry and it will be a long time that we are picking up the pieces.  Since the introduction of the Covid vaccine and it’s availability to anyone over 12, great strides have been made and nearly 70% of Delta’s employees are vaccinated.  

With that said, the new variant has come in like a wrecking ball and threatens the safety and well-being of all employees, vaccinated or not.  Other airlines have taken the steps necessary to require their employees to be vaccinated and I would implore Delta and their leadership team to do the same.  

As HIPAA laws prevent disclosure of names and vaccination status, the obvious thing to do is require all employees to be vaccinated to ensure the highest level of safety for Delta employees, and it’s customers.
