Due to the COVID-19 global pandemic, many airports around the world are closing and many airlines are cancelling their flights. The airlines are offering full refunds in the majority of cases to the affected passengers. 
KIWI.COM is refusing to pay back that money to the people who booked through them. They offer partial refunds of 5-20% from the total amount that the airlines refunded already, in some cases not even that. 
We demand KIWI.COM to refund the money to each and everyone of those whose airlines have already confirmed the flight cancellation and submitted proof of refund. Or ask the airlines to NOT refund KIWI.COM, but instead provide us with other refund options directly to us.
