This year, Delta banned service animals and emotional support animals that fall into the extremely broad category of Pit Bull. It's ignorant to suggest that well trained American Staffordshire Terriers, or Bull Terriers, American Bulldogs, or any other pet that they consider to fall into that umbrella category are a threat. If you google American Staffordshire Terrier, their first temperament quality listed is friendly - They are known to be one of the most obedient, loving, loyal, and attentive dog breeds.

The American Kennel Club describes them as smart, confident, and good natured. Bull Terriers fall under this broad category, and they're in the top 10 recommended dogs for families by Pet MD. It's important for people to be able to to travel safely with their support/service animals and for Delta to prohibit this is unacceptable! Sign this petition to tell them to not be dog-prejudice.
