Florida Gun Shows recently put up a billboard on Congress Ave. just north of Atlantic Ave. in Delray Beach, FL. I would imagine they have the same or similar billboards all over the state ahead of their gun shows. My issue with the billboard is the enormous image of a pistol which takes up about 1/3 of the billboard. I have to pass this billboard with my young children on their way to school every morning, and on the way to soccer every weekend. It is incredibly frustrating that we have to be subjected to this imagery in our lovely town. The billboard is offensive and shows a complete lack of imagination. It is a huge eye sore and Delray Beach needs to institute an ordinance prohibiting this type of advertising.
